Sorry for lack of info. The virus is only found when full scan is run, and it is found at the very end of the scan. After the scan runs, it says that there are three instances of this infostealer. Superantispyware I'm assuming of course that you can effectively and safely access the internet if necessary on a different computer.
Download and install the free versions since they do all you need by running on command, not in the background. Then update them to the latest definitions and run them in turn. Both have a good reputation for cleaning up.
Having the infection s running in the background and scanning with Superantispyware could cause a BSOD. Can i still spread or affect other computers with this trojan? And 4. I thank U already in advance to help this dummy to become a little less dumb.

Do a right-click on the icon and select "run as administrator". Ok, it won't let me run as administrator - And I logged out and logged back in and there was no "Administrator" option anymore. Did you right-click and select unblock and apply on the first run? Those options aren't there - I unchecked the "Potect" box and created a new log.
