Infostealer.banker.c norton

Sorry for lack of info. The virus is only found when full scan is run, and it is found at the very end of the scan. After the scan runs, it says that there are three instances of this infostealer. What is going on??? In the Quarantine log, there are also other things in the list: Trojan. Vundo, Backdoor. Trojan, Backdoor. My first thought with malware that has gotten through to your system is to run one or both successively of these two malware cleaner-uppers: [ Malwarebytes has just gone up to version 1.

Superantispyware I'm assuming of course that you can effectively and safely access the internet if necessary on a different computer.

Download and install the free versions since they do all you need by running on command, not in the background. Then update them to the latest definitions and run them in turn. Both have a good reputation for cleaning up.

Having the infection s running in the background and scanning with Superantispyware could cause a BSOD. Can i still spread or affect other computers with this trojan? And 4. I thank U already in advance to help this dummy to become a little less dumb.

Since it's clear this thread don't belong here, I relay on the administrators to move this thread to a more apropiate place. Anyone help please? File Attachment:. I have the same question 0. Reg: Apr Welcome to the Norton Community Looks like you have some serious issues Please run a SysProt log for us, from the link below, so that we can check your system for rootkit activity. Do a right-click on the icon and select "run as administrator". Ok, it won't let me run as administrator - And I logged out and logged back in and there was no "Administrator" option anymore. Did you right-click and select unblock and apply on the first run? Those options aren't there - I unchecked the "Potect" box and created a new log. Obviously something isn't going right - probably due to the infection you have. I'm going to pass your details to Quads, our malware expert, for him to progress.

He is in a different tme zone so it will be a while until he contacts you. In the meantime please be patient and please do not try further cleaning as this may make things more difficult for Quads to clean.
