I want the column width automatically change to fit the entire browser width while the elastic layout of the template is changing the column width only when browser's font size changes.
I did ask JoomlaEZ for support but i need this problem solved in hurry. So while waiting for response from JoomlaEZ, just want to ask for help from any place possible.

Is there a way to have a particular same size for each top level element? I assume for this to work the elements name have to be more or less same in size.
I cant have big name and a small name in the next box. But I want the fluid nature gone. Did you meant that you want have the menu width will be fixed? Well, what you say is right. But the menu items I want to put have names which range from 5 alphabets to 11 alphabets. I want the same size of box to hold both these words, with their names placed in the middle.
